Registration and pre-payment made easy! We’ve moved registration to a ticketing style format. When registration is open a button will be present, click the button to register and pay by purchasing tickets and entering your information. Bring your ticket to the meeting and that’s it. You’re done!
Tickets for member doctors, staff, and non-member doctors available. Tickets for staff are $60 + fees. Member doctors as always are free, however, in order to help us plan for the meeting, please register by selecting the member ticket and supplying your information.

Note: Refunds are only available prior to the end of the registration period. Once registration ends, refunds will no longer be available as we have turned in numbers to our venue and paid for meals.
